Essential Courageous Agility™ is our flagship 3-module Certification (micro-credential) for our public service clients interested in achieving immediate results without a long training ramp-up time. Essential Courageous Agility™ focuses on equipping managers to collaborate successfully by understanding their cognitive & behavioral preferences and respecting other's unique perspectives and cognitive processing styles. During the programs, we purposely address Cognitive Diversity & Cognitive Agility  - differences and adaptability of perspective or information processing and behavioral styles not predicted by factors such as skills, gender, ethnicity, or age. Human cognitive processing styles can be detected in how people naturally send information as well as how they naturally receive information in the form of Details, Evidence, Empathy, and Prospective (D.E.E.P.)
We help leaders identify and measure their preferred cognitive processing styles using the Emergenetics Profile, a scientifically valid and reliable tool that reveals the brilliance of diversity in all cognitive processing styles. Instead of focusing on fitting you or your organization into the middle of a bell curve - being average; our objective is to focus on your diversity - what makes you unique - and help you move the entire team culture to higher levels of performance - co-elevating mastery and meaning. Module Two - Two Half-Day Sessions

Accelerate Collaborative Action with D.E.E.P. Learning (Feb 7 & Feb 21)

Accelerate your ability to identify and remove obstacles without blaming others or seeing others as the problem. D.E.E.P. Learning is the essential team and self-leadership capacity to clear the path to effective problem solving to Accelerate Collaborative Action.

Module Three - Four Half-Day Sessions & Certification Project

Advance Collaborative Relationships with D.E.E.P. Leading (March 7, March 21, April 4 & April 18) Graduation April 25th.
