ISPI Design Commons is a global community advancing human performance through shared inquiry, thoughtful design, and practical innovation. Rooted in ISPI Potomac, we bring together people across disciplines and borders to address today’s challenges and create better possibilities for how we learn, work, and contribute.
Our name International Society for Performance Innovation reflects our commitment to meaningful results and the human capabilities that make them possible. Our PLUS Standards guide us to put people first, apply the best available science and wisdom, honor diverse strengths, and make our work easy to teach, remember, and apply.
The Commons is a place to bring your questions, experience, and imagination—and build something useful together.
