Alicia Miller specializes in performance measurement, survey design, process re-engineering, and data-driven decision making. Alicia currently serves as a Sr. Operations Advisor with the IRS on an ongoing organizational redesign and change management effort. Alicia previously worked the IRS Office of Chief Counsel where she designed and administered surveys, led teams and performed quantitative analysis, initiated new knowledge management programs for her teams, led continuity testing and planning efforts, developed and led training programs, and, like all federal employees, several other duties as assigned. Prior to joining the IRS, she worked as a program analyst with Wake County Government in North Carolina where she developed performance metrics, facilitated focus groups, and provided insights from data analysis. Before that, she supported recruiting efforts at Cherokee Investment Partners in Raleigh, NC.
Alicia Miller received her M.P.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her B.A. in Political Science and German Studies from Western Kentucky University. Alicia currently is an M.S.P. candidate in I/O Psychology with the University of Maryland – College Park.
Alicia is passionate about organizational performance. Originally from Kentucky, she never misses the Derby and considers Cincinnati chili its own food group. When she’s not working, she enjoys watching independent films, and traveling the globe. Her most recent travels include Turkey and Denmark.
