About the Program
The Certified Performance Technologist designation is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. ISPI has certified over 1200 professionals. Employers like Lowe's, USAID, Deloitte, Chemonics, Abbot Laboratories, Sears and many others hire CPTs. Is it time for you to certify? How do you get started? How do you know if you are certifiable? Dr. Gay Bruhn, CPT ISPI Director of Certification and Industrial Relations will answer these and other questions at our September 13th Meeting.
Objectives: At the end of the discussion, you will be able to answer the following questions:
- What is a CPT? Who becomes one and what does he/she do for work?
- What value would being a CPT be to me?
- What are the application requirements? Will I be able to meet them?
- What is a CPT project? How can I tell if my project meets the requirements?
- What will this cost me? Is there any way I can do it for less? Is it worth it?
- Once I'm certified, what do I have to do to say certified?
