Join two long-time Chapter members for the second of two sessions especially prepared for newer Performance Improvement practitioners. (We expect our more seasoned members to join us and
share their experiences, too.)
In February's session, attendees will recommend possible training and non-training solutions to a volunteer's "performance improvement challenge", followed by a sharing of "best practices" for non-training performance improvement, transfer of training, and performance-based training solutions. (ISPI Standards 1-10)
Submit your "best practice" ideas and/or handouts (no more than 2 pages per handout) by February 1st to joycekozuch@gmail.com and jparks@performancebreakthroughs.com. Tell us in writing whom to attribute the "best practice" to-and whether or not the Chapter has permission to distribute it (e.g. meeting handout, posting on Chapter website). Come to the meeting prepared to say a sentence or two about your use of the "best practice".
Feel free to join the discussion, even if you weren't able to be with us for the January meeting.
